BEERS

Grave 19 DDH Hazy IPA
We teamed up with the brew team at Loco Patron to whip up a crushable Hazy IPA, just in time for the People's Open! We kept the abv on the lower side, and double dry-hopped this bad boy with Galaxy, Simcoe Cryo, Amarillo, and Rakau. The perfect beer to pair with beautiful weather, golf, and a great month of local festivities!

Lozen DDH Hazy IPA
We have been playing around with hop combinations for a couple years now, so we wanted to make a double dry-hopped version of one of our favorite combos so far! Using a wheat and oat heavy grain bill, we used Amarillo in the cooled whirlpool, and doubled our dry hopping rate with Citra, Galaxy, and Freestyle Motueka. The result is creamy pineapple citrus juice with a hint of dankness and an incredible smooth finish.

Orchard Dread DDH Hazy IPA
This super pale, milky Hazy IPA is brewed with pilsner malt, malted oats, flaked oats, and extra pale white wheat. Hopped in the whirlpool with Strata, and double dry-hopped with our favorite selected lot of Citra. In addition to the massive dry-hop, we added Abstrax Citra and Strata Quantum Brite for some extra top notes to what was already an extremely juicy and aromatic IPA.

Lightning Six DDH Hazy IPA
Originally brewed to celebrate our 6th anniversary, Lightning Six was one of our first heavily saturated Hazy IPAs that we fell in love with. This double dry-hopped Hazy IPA is brewed with pils, a blend of oats, and white wheat, then excessively hopped with Mosaic, Mosaic Incognito, Nelson, Citra, Citra Cryo, and Maui Nelson SubZero Hop Kief.

Phantom 500 TDH Hazy Triple IPA
For our 500th batch, we got a little out of hand. Hopped at our highest rate ever with well over 10 lbs per barrel, this triple dry-hopped Hazy Triple IPA is intensely hopped with Citra, Citra DynaBoost, Mosaic Cryo, Southern Cross, Riwaka, and Riwaka SubZero Hop Kief. This very special batch is exploding with juicy hop saturation and won't last long!

Picacho Pass DDH West Coast IPA
We are bringing back Picacho Pass, our West Coast Double IPA, with some fun recipe updates. An all-pilsner malt base gets out of the way for a hop combo consisting of Citra Incognito, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, and Columbus. We decided to give this properly dry and bitter westie the double dry-hop treatment, with huge citrus, passionfruit, and pine notes.

The Greed of Fisk and Gould Maple Chocolate Imperial Stout
For this year, we used a double mash technique to get the most concentrated wort we could achieve on our system, and boiled this bad boy for almost 5 hours! The grain bill starts with Maris Otter, then goes heavy on our favorite crystal malts, some oats, and specialty malts. This thick Imperial Stout is then conditioned on Vermont maple syrup and cacao nibs in order to round out this annual decadent treat.

Dagmar's Sorrow Rye New Zealand IPA
Brewed with a mix of pale malts and a bit of rye, this unfiltered New Zealand hopped IPA highlights Freestyle Nelson Sauvin! We used Southern Cross for a small bittering charge to start the boil, then a huge helping of Nelson and Southern Cross in the whirlpool, fermented with our house London Ale strain, followed by a hefty Nelson dry-hop. This smooth NZ Rye IPA is super pale and hazy, with tons of juicy NZ hop character and a slight rye spice.

Northern Frost Cryo Fresh DDH Hazy IPA
Fresh Hop season has been extended, thanks to the folks at Yakima Chief Hops! Normally, we would only have a small window each year to brew fresh hop beers, but YCH has released a new hop product that combines their Cryo technology with previously trialed frozen fresh hop products. The result is a pelletized version of fresh hops that retain the incredible aroma of hops picked from the bine. We brewed this Hazy IPA with almost 7lbs per barrel of Citra and Mosaic Cryo Fresh pellets for a truly unique fresh hop experience!

Awaits The Dawn Pastry Milk Stout
This crushable cosmic candy bar inspired Pastry Milk Stout is brewed with a base of Maris Otter, combined with high quality specialty malts from the UK, and a touch of lactose. We then conditioned this lucious treat with cacao nibs and caramel, resulting in liquid candy bar goodness!

Once Buried Tmavé Pivo
Our first Tmave Pivo, which means "dark beer" in Czech, is the newest installment in our lager program. We started with a base of Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner, then layered in some European specialty malts to achieve the color and complexity we were looking for. This Czech Style Dark Lager showcases the richness of these malts, while retaining an incredibly easy drinking lager experience.

Apache Thunder DDH Hazy Double IPA
We're bringing back one of our favorite double dry-hopped Hazy Double IPAs– now even better, thanks to new brewing techniques. Bursting with Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, and Citra Cryo hops, this brew delivers bold orange and pineapple notes, a soft, full body, and exceptional drinkability.

Head Harvester Pumpkin Pie Strong Ale
One of our longest running seasonal beers is back! A complex grain bill sets the stage for this 13% Pumpkin Pie Strong Ale, brewed with over 200 pounds of real pumpkin and a hint of spice, then finished with Vermont maple syrup and vanilla. This fall favorite is straight pumpkin pie in a glass, rich and decadent, but smooth and subtle.

Harvester's Reward Fresh Hop Pale Ale
This seasonal brew is only possible during a short window each year, and we’re thrilled to share it with you. Our friends at Billy Goat Hop Farm harvested their award-winning Cascade and Chinook hops straight from the bine, then drove them overnight to Arizona so we could brew the very next morning. This year’s release is a crisp, approachable Pale Ale, crafted with 120 pounds of fresh hops packed into the mash tun and finished with a light dry-hop of Billy Goat Cascade. The result is a bright, aromatic beer that captures the essence of harvest season.

Skeleton Cave DDH West Coast IPA
We took our newest West Coast IPA to the next level of hop complexity. This crisp, double dry-hopped IPA starts with a simple Sinagua Pale base and is intensely hopped with Citra, Citra Incognito, Amarillo, Mosaic Cryo, Strata, Chinook HyperBoost, and Simcoe. Expect dank pine, white grape, pear, some passionfruit notes, and a dry, extremely drinkable finish.

Sendling Hill Festbier
Our Festbier is a bright golden lager brewed with the finest German heirloom barley. The quintessential choice at modern Oktoberfest celebrations, it offers a crisp, easy-drinking character as a lighter alternative to the maltier Märzen style. Balanced and refreshing, it still delivers rich malt depth complemented by a subtle noble hop aroma and flavor.

1894 German Helles Lager
Our Munich-style Helles Lager highlights the richness of German heirloom Pilsner and Vienna malts, offering subtle notes of lightly toasted bread. A delicate hop touch provides just the right balance, and weeks of cold lagering create an exceptionally clean, crisp, and highly drinkable finish.

Sunwash New Zealand Pilsner
With our lager program up and running, we were excited to explore hop expression in an entirely new way. Sunwash is a New Zealand Style Pilsner loaded with west coast hop character. Using all premium German Pilsner malt, and our favorite lager yeast strain, we dry hopped this crispy pils with aggressive amounts of Freestyle Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, and Rakau SubZero Hop Kief.

Von Biermann German Pilsner
Brewed with the finest German Pilsner malt, this traditional German Pilsner is moderately hopped with Perle and Hallertau Tradition for a firm noble hop character. After many weeks of lagering, it pours clean, crisp, and refreshingly balanced.

Haus Light Kölsch
Our lightest beer is remarkably drinkable and true to style. This German Kolsch Style-Ale is brewed with premium German malt, German grown hops, and fermented on the cooler side with a Kolsch yeast strain. A clean bready malt character and balanced bitterness make this beer enjoyable for light beer drinkers and fans of German styles alike.

Englemann's Prickly Pear Ale
One of our longest running brews is a nod to the unique flavors of our great state of Arizona. This Fruited Blonde Ale is delicately hopped and finished with Prickly Pear fruit and a hint of vanilla, for a refreshingly sweet, but crushable light beer.

Baron of Arizona West Coast IPA
This modern West Coast IPA is packed with juicy hop character, crisp bitterness, and a clean citrusy finish. Built around a simple grain bill with premium pilsner malt, and hopped with Citra and Mosaic Cryo, our year-round West Coast IPA has great drinkability and has become a fan favorite for hop lovers.

Legend of the Red Ghost Red Ale
This Red Ale is brewed with Crystal hops from Colorado's Billy Goat Hop Farm complements the blend of Maris Otter, Munich, and Crystal Malts. BRONZE MEDAL winner at the Arizona Craft Beer Awards 2025!

Coyote Thief Bourbon Mesquite Brown Ale
Our favorite Brown Ale has returned! This caramel forward Brown Ale has tons of malt character and restrained bitterness. It is then conditioned on Bourbon-soaked mesquite wood, which provides a subtle wood aged presence, and cuts through the malt sweetness.

Stormwind Black Vanilla Porter
Crafted with Arizona grown Sinagua Malt, this full-flavored Porter is a great companion to the cooler months in the desert. A blend of dark malts is balanced by several kettle hop additions, fermented with an English Ale strain and finished on Madagascar vanilla beans for a sweet, dessert-like finish. Decadent cake batter dominates, with subtle roast notes and a smooth finish.

ein Prosit auf Ludwig Märzen
A true taste of Oktoberfest tradition, this amber lager is brewed with German heirloom Pilsner, Munich, and specialty malts for a rich, toasty backbone. Cold fermentation and extended lagering create a beer that’s both complex and remarkably drinkable—the perfect companion to one of the greatest festivals in the world.

The Manilite Hopstone DDH Hazy IPA
It's no secret that we love New Zealand terroir around here, so when we got the opportunity to try something new from our friends at Freestyle Hops, we went all in. Manilita is a newer varietal known for its intense tropical grapefruit and red berry quality. We used all of the Manilita in a dry hop with a bit of Citra, on top of the whirlpool that we loaded with Citra and Motueka. This fruit bomb is packed with unique aroma and finishes just dry enough to keep you coming back for another sip.

Five Aces DDH Hazy IPA
This double-dry hopped Hazy IPA starts with a heavy-handed Strata whirlpool addition, then hopped cold-side with massive amounts of Nelson Sauvin and Citra. A beautiful blend of our favorite Pacific Northwest and Southern Hemisphere hops! Packaged early August 2025.
