Our lightest beer in the rotation has evolved quite a bit over the past couple of years. Brewed with tradition in mind, this German Kölsch Style-Ale features premium German malt and German-grown hops. Fermented with a classic Kölsch ale yeast and cold-conditioned for several weeks, it develops the crisp, smooth character of a lager while maintaining the delicate fruitiness of an ale. Light, balanced, and endlessly drinkable, this is perfect for both craft enthusiasts and casual beer drinkers alike.

"My estranged uncle Jacob Waltz had allegedly found a very lucrative mine in the Superstition Mountains east of Phoenix, deep in the Arizona Territory. When he wrote a letter to me a year ago, I was at home in Germany with my family, brewing beer for our locality. I gave that life up at his request to help him reap riches from his mine. Only, upon my arrival to Phoenix, I never could find my uncle or his mine. Now our heritage is not just steeped in brewing fine German beers, but in the most difficult quest for gold."
