One of our longest running brews is a nod to the unique flavors of our great state of Arizona. This Fruited Blonde Ale is delicately hopped and finished with Prickly Pear fruit and a hint of vanilla, for a refreshingly sweet, but crushable light beer.

"Dusty Ballyman is a con's con, yet very loyal to me. In searching for my Uncle Jacob, he spied a man bent over some cactus just off the trail. This man was Dr. Englemann, an academic botanist. After learning about the strange prickly pear fruit, Dusty had an idea for an elixir to sell. He named his latest snake oil Englemann’s Elixir and sold it out of his carriage throughout town."
