Skeleton Cave DDH West Coast IPA

We took our newest West Coast IPA to the next level of hop complexity. This crisp, double dry-hopped IPA starts with a simple Sinagua Pale base and is intensely hopped with Citra, Citra Incognito, Amarillo, Mosaic Cryo, Strata, Chinook HyperBoost, and Simcoe. Expect dank pine, white grape, pear, some passionfruit notes, and a dry, extremely drinkable finish.

SKELETON CAVE LEGEND

In December 1872, the U.S. Army stormed Skeleton Cave in the Salt River Canyon, where Yavapai families had taken refuge. Outnumbered and trapped, the warriors fought fiercely against impossible odds, refusing surrender even as the canyon walls echoed with gunfire. More than seventy fell that day--yet their defiance endures as testament to an unbroken spirit. Skeleton Cave carries their memory, a solemn reminder that a warrior's courage is never extinguished, even in death.
