Sacred Forest West Coast Pilsner

We had a blast with the rad people from Sacred Pint when they came out to brew with us! We wanted to make a crushable West Coast Pils for the hot summer to come, and this nails it. They wanted to use some classic PNW hops for this, so we decided to pair Simcoe, Amarillo, and Columbus Cryo with a touch of Sour Tangie terpenes from our homies at Abstrax Hops. The result is a crisp, ridiculously drinkable pils with a dank fruity character, and an unmistakable yet subtle cannabis aroma.

Oasis Canyon

Originally brewed way back in the summer of 2023, Oasis Canyon was one of our initial attempts at double dry-hopping a beer. Three years later, we thought we would revive it and give it the current Bone Haus treatment. We whirlpooled cold with some Freestyle Nelson Sauvin, then double dry-hopped with Galaxy, Freestyle Motueka, more Nelson, and Nelson SubZero Hop Kief. With the updated processes and ingredients, we think this Hazy IPA is among our favorite batches as of late!

Beneath the Black Skies II Imperial Coffee Stout

For the second year in a row, we got together with our good homies from Flagstaff, Dark Sky Brewing Co, to brew a big ol' Imperial Stout! We hit up a Spring Training game (as is now tradition), then brewed the next day in Fountain Hills. This year we modified the grain bill a bit to better suit the addition of freshly roasted Nicaraguan coffee beans from Single Speed Coffee up in Flag, then boiled for almost 5 hours! This beer is rich, smooth, and dangerously drinkable.

Sixth Element DDH West Coast IPA

Our good friends and neighbors in Scottsdale, Pinnacle Brewing Co., came by for a legendary collab day in March. We brewed up a super clean West Coast IPA, and loaded it up with Simcoe, Citra Cryo, and Freestyle Nelson Sauvin. We got it packaged up just in time for them to celebrate 2 years of award-winning beer!

We are stoked to have hosted some of the best in the game, Wren House Brewing, and Freestyle Hops for this year's 8th anniversary Hazy IPA! We got our hands on Freestyle's new Waimea Cold Pressed Hop Juice, which is a fresh hop version of their incredible Sub-Zero Hop Kief, and we dosed at our highest rate yet. We used Rakau in the whirlpool, then double dry-hopped excessively with Nelson Sauvin, and more Rakau on top of the Hop Juice.

Dos Perras Malas DDH Hazy IPA

The awesome people at Hair of the Dog in Gilbert are celebrating their 5th anniversary, so we had them up last month to brew something rad for their party! We made a Hazy IPA of course, and this time we double dry-hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe Cryo, Nelson Sauvin, and Southern Cross! This juicy blend of old school PNW varieties and NZ hops drinks super smooth and lends big grapefruit and melon vibes.

Oro Salado Mexican Lager

This Mexican Lager is crafted with Sinagua base malt from the Verde Valley and flaked maize to create a smooth, crisp finish. Lightly hopped with a low-alpha, Southern Hemisphere varietal known for it's subtle lime characteristics, this refreshing pale lager is crushable year round.

Gilded Swarm Northwest Style IPA

The fine folks at Wicked Rain are celebrating their 4th anniversary this month, and we were honored to brew a special beer for them! We wanted to get real PNW with this one, so we took an old school approach, but then added some futuristic flair. This medium copper colored American IPA starts with some pale malt, munich, then a touch of rye and a light crystal malt. We then bittered in the kettle with Cascade and Centennial, and dry-hopped with Crosby Hops Idaho 7 CGX Nuvo, which is a brand new pelletized fresh hop product with next level aroma. We hope you enjoy our take on this classic beer style!

Our newest West Coast IPA showcases some new-to-us techniques and a super fun hop combination. With a pils malt base to let the hops shine, we used a blend of Motueka and Simcoe on the hot side, then double dry-hopped with Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe Cryo, Motueka, and Motueka SubZero Hop Kief. Expect insane peach pineapple candy notes in this crisp, properly bitter westie.

Coyote Thief Bourbon Mesquite Brown Ale

Our favorite Brown Ale has returned! This caramel forward Brown Ale has tons of malt character and restrained bitterness. It is then conditioned on Bourbon-soaked mesquite wood, which provides a subtle wood aged presence, and cuts through the malt sweetness.

Desert Distortion Hazy IPA

Our year-round hazy IPA with wheat and oats featuring Citra, Galaxy, and Motueka hops for a great finish.

Englemann's Prickly Pear Ale

One of our longest running brews is a nod to the unique flavors of our great state of Arizona. This Fruited Blonde Ale is delicately hopped and finished with Prickly Pear fruit and a hint of vanilla, for a refreshingly sweet, but crushable light beer.

McClarnard's Dry Irish Stout

One of the lowest ABV beers we've ever brewed, this Dry Irish Stout delivers bold roasted character with a subtle hint of smoke and a balanced bitterness from UK Goldings hops. Built on a Maris Otter base, we layered in roasted barley, a touch of crystal malt, and chocolate rye, then fermented with a classic English ale yeast. The result is a complex yet refreshing stout, perfect for enjoying pint after pint.

Awaits The Dawn Pastry Milk Stout

This crushable cosmic candy bar inspired Pastry Milk Stout is brewed with a base of Maris Otter, combined with high quality specialty malts from the UK, and a touch of lactose. We then conditioned this lucious treat with cacao nibs and caramel, resulting in liquid candy bar goodness!

Von Biermann German Pilsner

Brewed with the finest German Pilsner malt, this traditional German Pilsner is moderately hopped with Perle and Hallertau Tradition for a firm noble hop character. After many weeks of lagering, it pours clean, crisp, and refreshingly balanced.

Orchard Dread DDH Hazy IPA

Earlier this year, we sent this beer into a competition put on by our friends at Abstrax Hops. To our amazement, we ended up being a finalist for their Skunkworks challenge, going head-to-head with 5 legendary breweries at the Craft Brewers Conference in Philadelphia this April! We couldn't be more excited to share this beer with our industry peers! We started with Strata in the whirlpool, then double dry-hopped with Citra, then added Citra and Strata Quantum Brite from Abstrax to maximize the intense juicy hop aroma.

Haus Light Kölsch

Our lightest beer in the rotation has evolved quite a bit over the past couple of years. Brewed with tradition in mind, this German Kölsch Style-Ale features premium German malt and German-grown hops. Fermented with a classic Kölsch ale yeast and cold-conditioned for several weeks, it develops the crisp, smooth character of a lager while maintaining the delicate fruitiness of an ale. Light, balanced, and endlessly drinkable, this is perfect for both craft enthusiasts and casual beer drinkers alike.

Baron of Arizona West Coast IPA

This modern West Coast IPA is packed with juicy hop character, crisp bitterness, and a clean citrusy finish. Built around a simple grain bill with premium pilsner malt, and hopped with Citra and Mosaic Cryo, our year-round West Coast IPA has great drinkability and has become a fan favorite for hop lovers.

Picacho Pass DDH West Coast IPA

We are bringing back Picacho Pass, our West Coast Double IPA, with some fun recipe updates. An all-pilsner malt base gets out of the way for a hop combo consisting of Citra Incognito, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, and Columbus. We decided to give this properly dry and bitter westie the double dry-hop treatment, with huge citrus, passionfruit, and pine notes.

Dagmar's Sorrow Rye New Zealand IPA

Brewed with a mix of pale malts and a bit of rye, this unfiltered New Zealand hopped IPA highlights Freestyle Nelson Sauvin! We used Southern Cross for a small bittering charge to start the boil, then a huge helping of Nelson and Southern Cross in the whirlpool, fermented with our house London Ale strain, followed by a hefty Nelson dry-hop. This smooth NZ Rye IPA is super pale and hazy, with tons of juicy NZ hop character and a slight rye spice.
