This New Zealand hopped West Coast IPA is bittered firmly, then hit with a huge whirlpool charge of Waimea. We double dry-hopped with Riwaka, NZ Cascade, and Riwaka SubZero Hop Kief - all from our friends at Freestyle Hops. The NZ hop character of this beer is unmistakable, with huge notes of gooseberry, lemon-lime, tropical fruit, and a bit of diesel.
I followed a promising wash in search of my uncle’s lost mine. Near dusk, I found a dead prospector slumped against the rocks, a raven perched above him—watching me as though it knew where the dead man had struck gold. I took it as a warning—and called it Deadman Wash.
