Behind the Bones — The Bone Haus Lore
Every bone in this place has a story. Inspired by the ancient ossuaries of Europe — where the dead lined the walls to remind the living to live — Bone Haus was built on that same uneasy truth. We layered it with the rugged mythology of Arizona's frontier, the lost mines, the outlaws, and the legends that never quite died. What you get is a taproom unlike anything else: part history, part mystery, wholly unforgettable. The bones aren't here to spook you. They're here to remind you to order another round — while you still can. Memento Mori.

“Finally reviewing this amazing brewery. Was staying at a hotel just down the road, but I’d make a trip here no matter where I am! Amazing beers. Only had 1 flight due to my time but sure wish I had all day here to try em all. Got a few 4 packs to take home and was the best idea I’d had all day. Friendly staff (and patrons). Highly recommend!”

Great brewery and even better beer! I’ve been coming here almost every Friday for the last 3 years and love it. The Baron IPA is my favorite of their line up. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all their beers. They also have food trucks most nights.
The beers were very good and the experience was top notch. We arrived just in time to grab a meal from the food truck they had on a Saturday night which was tasty. The taproom was very laid back, they had a live musician, and the staff were super friendly! The decor is also super cool with all kinds of little details. They even had a scavenger hunt which was unique and fun.
Frequently Asked Questions
We do not have private spaces available for rent, but there is plenty of space in our taproom and spacious patios for group reservations. Just be ready to mingle with other taproom guests!
While we do not have an in-house kitchen, we have an outside food truck almost every day. We often feature great Mexican fare from Mestila, amazing pizza and wings from Gabeesh, and other rotating trucks from time to time.

SUN: 11 am - 7 pm
CLOSED: Thanksgiving & Christmas only
We recommend making a reservation for groups of over 15 people. We cannot accommodate more than 100 guests.
We welcome you and your friendly dogs to enjoy our two patios. Unfortunately, we are unable to allow these awesome pets inside the brewery due to county health codes unless, of course, they are certified service animals!
