Beer & Sausage Tacos Pairing with Beerkowski & Mestila

Join our very own beerslinger, Rachel (or "Red"), Cicerone and historian, for an evening of beer learning, or Beer School, as she calls it. For $35 you'll get a 20oz pour of Slava 10° Czech Pale Lager - a collab with Pinnacle Brewing for our 8th Anniversary and some serious Czech beer education by Rachel! This beer is paired perfectly with a two Czech-inspired tacos by Mestila. You'll actively taste the beer and tacos with her while she teaches you about the Czech style and what makes it unique, its flavor profile, history of Czech beer and more! This will be a very informal "school." Questions and discussion will be highly encouraged, so get ready to learn and have fun doing it…because we've secretly always wanted to drink beer in school.... oh.... and TACOS!!!!
